Eagle's Wings is a Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) serving our seniors who need supportive services and those unable to live independently.
Eagle's Wings' caring staff create a warm, friendly home-like setting. Residents receive nutritious home-cooked meals, assistance with bathing and dressing, medication administration assistance and a variety of recreational activities.
Seniors who require assistive devices such as walkers or wheelchairs can also enjoy living as independently as possible at Eagle's Wings.
Staff at Eagle's Wings are trained professionals who truly care for each resident's personal needs, and an on-site registered nurse oversees the care of each resident.
Eagle’s Wings has 20 private rooms, each with a private half-bath. Fee includes:

Eagle's Wings is licensed by the State of Wisconsin. To maintain this license, the facility must undergo an on-site survey to assure compliance with all state regulations.
